Power of Attorney

By signing a Power of Attorney and Standard Trading Conditions (“Power of Attorney”), or by accepting Tradestar’s customs brokerage services, you agree to be bound by the terms and Tradestar’s Power of Attorney.

Unless otherwise agreed by Tradestar and you, the Power of Attorney will be in the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers from of Continuous Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney with Power to Appoint a Sub- Agent (to which the Standard Trading Conditions are attached.
